Sara’s “Tummy Tea”
3-4 quarter-sized pieces of fresh (peeled) ginger
1/4-1/2 squeezed lemon
2-3 inch section of grated organic orange or tangerine peel
1-2 cups hot water
Combine ingredients and dilute to taste. Sip as needed.
